I have been studying personal growth and complementary healing techniques for over 30 years. My areas of training and expertise include: Consulting Hypnotist; Certified Hypnotherapist; Certified Neuro Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner; and Personal Coach. This masters level work was done through a private university specializing in hypnosis and neurolinguistic programming, Bennett Stellar University, in 2001.

The Biofield Therapies include: Professional Flower and Energy Essence Practitioner, Energy Healing, Emotional Release Meridian Tapping, Theta Healing, Sound Healing, Educational Kinesiology, Ka Hana Pono Hawai'ian Healing and Breathing techniques.

I am also a Reiki Master and received my attunements through Marie Manuchehri. I have my Ministerial Credentials through World Reiki Ministry.

For many years I have done advocacy work as a Professional Special Needs Advocate for children and adults with specific learning disabilities and other special needs.
